Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our print‑on‑demand partner, Printful. Once an order is placed, it typically takes 2–7 business days to print, pack, and prepare your items for shipment.

Processing times may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods.


Shipping Times

After fulfillment, shipping times depend on your location:

  • United States: 3–7 business days, delays can occur but should be the exception. 

These are estimates provided by our fulfillment partner and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Destination

  • Current Printful shipping rates

We do not mark up shipping costs — you pay exactly what our fulfillment partner charges.


Split Shipments

Because items are printed and shipped from multiple Printful facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout, please contact us immediately. Orders already in production or shipped cannot be changed.

Packages marked as delivered but not received must be resolved with the carrier. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.


Customs & International Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.
